Who are Swaffham Building Supplies?
Swaffham Building Supplies were established in 2012. We are a UK registered, limited company and operate from our premises in Swaffham, Norfolk. You can find our address on the contact us page.
Are your prices including or excluding VAT?
All items online, in store and on our price list are inclusive of VAT.
What if a product isn't listed?
If a item or a product isn’t listed then please feel free to contact us. We will try to stock or supply whatever you may be looking for. We are always willing to help and try to please our valued customers, no matter what size of the order.
Do you have the capabilities of installing the fencing?
No, we don’t offer any fence installation services, however please come in store and we have some recommended trades who can help.
Do you deliver?
Yes we do deliver and delivery charges are worked out by weight and size of each item and the location. When you checkout your cart will automatically update and calculate how much delivery charge will be.
How much is delivery?
The cost of delivery is worked out on your location and the weight of the items purchased. We do offer free delivery in Swaffham. If you would like any more clarity on the cost of delivery, please contact the office.
How long do I have to wait for delivery?
We process online orders as soon as your payment has been recieved, we aim to deliver within 2-5 working days (unless otherwise stated).
Is next day delivery available?
Next day delivery is available subject to availability and upon request.
How will my items be delivered?
Depending on the delivery we can either deliver via 18T brick grab, or transit pick-up.
Where will my deliver be left?
We only offer kerb side delivery; any further onto your property or off the public highway we hold no responsibility for any damaged caused.
Do you accept returns?
We do accept returns within 14 days; however, we do reserve the right to charge a 20% handling fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, card, BACS and PayPal payments. Card payments can also be made over the phone.
Do you accept cash on delivery?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer a cash on delivery service.
Do you take telephone orders?
We do take telephone orders and we accept payment over the phone.

Do you have any special offers?
We do hold various special offer throughout the year; varying on cement bags and aggregates.
Where can I find special offers?
The best place to find our special offers is on our Facebook page or in-store.
Do you accept trade customers?
All customers are welcome, including trade. Please come in store and talk about your requirements and we can try and help you out.
Can I have a trade account?
Yes, we do offer the facilities for a trade account, please come in store and talk to our manager about opening an account (Subject to clearance checks).
Do you hire any tools and equipment out?
Unfortunately, we do not do not offer this service.
